Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare documents and submuissions for tendering new projects.

study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;

To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs;

Compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing;

To review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates

To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting;

Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect's liability period;

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering

Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic

• Perform Quantity take-off
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis and issue payment certificate

**Quantity Surveying Engineer**

As a Quantity Surveying Engineer, you will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, conducting RFQs and cost comparisons, and evaluating and certifying sub-contractors' progress. Your goal is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
