Job DescriptionAs a Quantity Surveying Professional, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of project management. This includes systems costing and estimation, bill of quantities preparation, and cost control.
- Assist in systems costing and estimation, including quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender submission documents, and any related technical proposals.
- Support pre-contract cost management, pricing, and sourcing subcontractors.
- Track cost control, assist in variation order (VO) pricing, and support progress claims and final accounts.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate commercial documentation.
