General Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of working shifts.

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate assigned shifts, ensuring seamless daily operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for employees, supervise routine cleaning tasks, and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Ability to work midnight shifts and OT including weekends and public holidays.
