Job Scope

• Ensure compliance to the manufacturing process by following the official work instruction or other related documents. In process checking, adjustment and set-up
• Knowledge in Machine assembly, Structural assembly, Pneumatic and Hydraulic components assembly
• If client require for any troubleshooting in Mechanical assembly should be able to do it.
• Follow the work schedule assigned by the supervisor to meet the production KPI
• Must take care the quality of the products and tools provided for assembly and also moving, packing, and sorting parts or finished goods.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in working with industrial machine assembly
• High school or diploma with internship certificate considerable
• Minimum 2years experience.
• With Singapore Driving license

Job Types: Part Time , Full Time

Location: UBI

Working day: 5.5days/week (MON - FRI ; SAT )

• Assemble mechanical, electromechanical or profile‐based systems/components according to engineering/assembly drawings & specifications.
• Carry out fitting, positioning, fastening of parts, sub‑assemblies and complete modules.
• Perform in‑house assembly and possibly on‑site installations with the assembly team.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical / alignment / fastening issues during assembly.
• Collaborate with design / engineering / production teams to suggest improvements in assembly methods or part designs.

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong aptitude will also be considered.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, sketches, parts lists.
• Good hand skills; experience using hand tools, fixing fasteners, torquing etc.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Strong attention to detail; committed to quality.
• Good attitude, able to work under supervision, and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
• Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors.
• Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components. Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details. May perform computer programming, repair or software installs.
• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.

We are looking for Assembly Technicians across various disciplines to join our Gas Power Repair facilities based in Pioneer Singapore
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform all fitting work in section as assigned per work instruction.
• Assist in dismantling, inspects, refits and reassembly of parts and other mechanical

equipment in accordance to work instruction.

• Perform blending and polishing repair work.
• Perform brazing powder and paste applications.
• Set up and operate machines (such as shop peen, cold spray, backflush and moment

weighing) as assigned for repairing of gas turbine blades (training will be provided for the
specialized machines)

• Perform quality check after the process
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and

schedules.
• Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and report immediately any unsafe
practices/conditions.

• Support other area of work as assigned.
• Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
  Qualifications/Requirements:
• Completed Secondary level or higher education.
• Candidates with NITEC in Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field preferred. However, those without

relevant experience may also apply as training will be provided.

• Basic command of English (speak and read)
• Able to perform rotating shift.

Perform mechanical assembly tasks on tooling and equipment for aerospace, oil & gas, and offshore systems.

Assist in maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec in any discipline or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-year experience in assembly operations and components.
