The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of private cloud software implementation projects. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams-including infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, compliance and business stakeholders-to ensure timely deployment of scalable, secure and resilient cloud environments tailored for enterprise workloads.

Project Management:
  • Develop detailed project plans with clearly defined timelines, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Manage internal and external team resources to ensure workload balancing and task completion.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Oversee adherence to data sovereignty, privacy and security requirements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with enterprise policies and industry best practices.
Qualities We Value
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software deployment projects, with at least 3 years in cloud environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Hands-on familiarity with private cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Red Hat, Nutanix).
  • Familiarity with IM8, Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and Classified Cloud (MCC) environments.
  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies; hybrid delivery model experience is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technology Management Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the information technology (IT) strategy to support the organization's goals. Technology Management

  • Organise and assist all IT operations, including network administration, system administration, hardware and software maintenance, cybersecurity, and data storage

Vendor Management

Project Planning

  • Perform end-to-end procurement activities that include sourcing, evaluating and contract management by policies and guidelines
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with the policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure proper safekeeping of documents for audit purposes
  • Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage incident and service tickets
  • Respond to requests via the ticketing system
  • Prepare weekly or monthly status reports for review by the Project Manager
  • Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer and Management Committee

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in an IT operation environment with at least a professional certification, ITE, Poly or degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or other relevant fields related discipline may apply.
  • Working Knowledge of IT Operations, systems and Development
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and people skills;
  • Independent, self-motivated, highly organized and possessing an eye for detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Flexible, team player and able to work with minimum supervision;
  • Ensure confidentiality and reliability of data, information, and intellectual property;

1 year contract, convertible to permanent position.

Preferably to be bilingual in English and Malay (in order to coordinate with various English and Malay speaking stakeholders and clients)

The Job:

Total Cost of Ownership Modelling

  9. Assist in documentation of new product/vehicles homologation approval process.
  10. Any other ad hoc duty assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
  1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Interested and experience in EV.
  4. Familiar with local bus vendors.
  5. Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
