Key responsibilities include:
• Require standing on your feet for 90% of the time and able to lift loads of up to 25kg at a time.
• Handling, checking, receiving, picking, packing and storing of all incoming stocks in a frozen room environment.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
• Labelling goods that have arrived at the warehouse.
• Signing off and replenishing stock, monitoring stock levels and performing cycle counting.
• Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
• Preparing deliveries for the van drivers.
• Moving items through the warehouse from inbound to dispatch.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Shipping - Outbound shipment packing for forwarders collection; stock counting; housekeeping

- Parts Issuance - Part issuance and replenish of raw materials/parts to Production Supply Area and perform system transaction into ERP system; stock counting; housekeeping
- Receiving - Receive and count of raw material and update into ERP system within 24 hours from time of acceptance from suppliers; housekeeping

What will you be doing?
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) inside and around racking systems, applying and scanning labels to endure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. This position works in a fast-paced environment, operates handheld scanning equipment, operates various Powered Industrial Trucks, follows processes and is a team player.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items for outbound shipments according to order specifications.
- Ensure proper packaging and labelling to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Receive incoming shipments from freight forwarders and verify against purchase orders.
- Perform put-away of goods into designated storage locations and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Use handheld devices to transact inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.
- Execute inter-warehouse transfers and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Wrap, label, and prepare items for storage or shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' warehousing experience
- Promotes a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.
- Requires to wear safety boots with steel toe
- Expected to work in a non-conditioning environment
- May include voluntary or mandatory overtime
