General Administration.
5.1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operations Department, such as Production, Warehouse, Testing and Logistics
5.2. Ensure smooth running of the office operations
5.3. Provide general office administration support to Future Synthetics
5.4. To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
5.5. Generate and issue test certificates.
5.6. Control manufacturers' and third party certificates
5.7. Liaise with logistics division and sales person(s) on certificate deliveries
5.8. Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates prior to issuance
5.9. Filing of all certificates and paperwork both hard and soft copies
5.10. Maintain complete history of client products in use
5.11. Generate Certificate of Conformance from suppliers' websites
5.12. General document control

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience
• 'O' Levels or its equivalent
• Secretarial course attended
• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity

• Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
