Note: The role described is for a Visual Designer to support one of our key banking sector clients, seconded full-time to the client’s marketing and communications team to support the creation and management of visual content across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Design & Visual Development
- Design and develop high-quality visual assets for use in marketing campaigns, internal communications, social media, pitchbooks, and presentation materials.
- Produce short-form videos and animated content tailored for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimised for clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to visualise key messages through design and animation.
- Experiment with new tools and methods to drive creative innovation and design efficiency.
- Support publishing of content across social platforms via tools such as Sprinklr.
- Manage updates to internal communication platforms (e.g., company intranet) with guidance from the comms team.
- Training for content publishing and uploading to internal CMS platforms will be provided—prior CMS experience is useful but not a dealbreaker.
- Assist with social media performance tracking and reporting to optimise visual strategy.
- Update and maintain pitchbooks, decks, and campaign visuals in alignment with business cycles and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and manage a centralised library of reusable design templates, visual assets, and brand resources.
- Ensure consistent version control, easy discoverability, and adherence to brand standards across all materials.
- You have 3–4 years of experience designing for digital channels, with a strong portfolio that includes social-first content, animation, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro , with the ability to produce and edit video content for social media
- Competent with tools like Canva and Stripo for visual and email design
- Familiarity with social publishing tools such as Sprinklr is an advantage
- Understanding of content formats and visual best practices across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on-brand creative assets
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication and reliable time management
