• Sell marketing brochures and promotional materials into designated areas.

• Report completed routes and any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of materials during distribution.

• Support the Graduate Studies Office in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Assist program managers in creating visual content for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
• Work with various programs under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
• Support the Graduate Studies Office in meeting recruitment goals through event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.

Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation is also a key responsibility.

1. Degree or Diploma in visual design or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in visual design, content creation and social media management.
3. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design software.

Experience in event execution and management is highly desirable.
