• Assist in the installation of new equipment according to Getinge's protocol.
• Perform both routine maintenance and repairs following established protocols. (e.g., sterilization efficacy, safety protocols).
• Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure that equipment complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Follow the company service protocols and fill out the checklists and service reports as per the company requirement.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
• Customer service focus, ensuring that the client is informed about the condition of the equipment and upcoming maintenance needs.

• Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• 3 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
• Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.

• Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday - Friday, 830am to 500pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $4000 (Basic up to $000 + Transportation Allowance ( 500 without Car / 1200 with Car) + 14 days Annual leave add 1 day per year capped at 21 days

1. Provide prompt and efficient troubleshooting and repair services for a variety of SATO products such as printers, scanners and hand-labelers etc. via Depot, Dealer Repair or by customers directly.
2. Provide assistance in testing and installation of hardware products for events / exhibitions.
3. Oversee the management of in-house loan equipment by ensuring items are in optimal working condition prior to issuance and proactively tracking and resolving overdue returns.
4. Maintain detailed records of service activities and reports as required.
5. Conduct hardware trainings and render support to Sales team for in-house demo.

1. Minimum qualification of Nitec / Higher Nitec or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in a technical support or service technician role are preferred. Individuals with no prior experience but have a strong interest in technical support are encouraged to apply.
3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
4. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.
• Conduct basic product usage training for customers.

• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).

• In charge of supporting the clients by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of electronics devices
• Responsible in responding to on-site technical support requests when client raise a request.
• In charge of making scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve devices issues.
