- Technical/vocational qualifications (e.g., NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma) preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 2–3 years of field service or maintenance experience with electro-mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to independently install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate equipment.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Competent in basic IT applications, with familiarity in mobile applications and remote monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
