Job Purpose
- Support revenue targets and contribute to the achievement of company’s business goals by support customer technical support requirements. Key supporting role in technical support including pre and post installation, assist in project management for related mechanical and electronic hardware projects.
- Provide technical support to customers/projects and resolve issues in timely manner.
- Attending service calls during and after office hours.

- Minimum 2 years work experience in building materials/products industry or related products requiring field support within construction industry or building (commercial/residential) operations and/or maintenance.
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in mechanical/electronic engineering or other suitable technical discipline.
- Accurate data entry and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and keen to learn additional work-related computer applications.
- Proficient in Auto CAD software applications is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Possesses valid Singapore driver’s license.

Responsible for installation, service and on-site support and customer training of RVM Systems reverse vending machines (RVMs).
It is an exciting role involving traveling, facing customers and multitasking between solving technical problems and issues, and communication with and education of customers on how to use reverse vending machines.
· Prepare and configurate RVMs ready for delivery to sites
· Install, service and maintain RVM at sites across Singapore e.g.
o Complete first time installation
o Carry out routine planned maintenance on RVMs
o Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required and effect the repair
· Ensure maximum performance of RVM Systems
· Secure high profile customer service experience in every touchpoint and provide customer/consumer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude to standard
· Educate and support customers/consumers on how to use RVM
· Cooperate with our international Support team and R&D Norway
· Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required
· Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
· Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
· Ensure our company equipment is kept secure at all times
Able to work at times in a high pressure environment as it is vitally necessary to get equipment back in working order
