This is a 1 year contract role with high likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain and implement a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
- Address maintenance and repair requests from various departments.
- Log and track maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, and equipment checklists.
- Oversee daily start-up of production and facilities machinery.
- Ensure upkeep of facility services, including air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, and lighting.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Conduct weekly Single Point Training sessions for production operators.
- Trade certificate, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

About the role: This role will be hired on a 1-year contract.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic presses, pressure test rigs, rotating equipment, and lifting devices.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in maintaining and servicing CNC machines, welding systems, and other specialised production equipment.

About you:

- Experience in Oil & Gas or subsea equipment manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
