Responsibilities:
Development of automation test scripts
Translate functional requirements documents and technical design specifications
Plan and execute automation suites
Interact with the business and other technology teams
Follow the team’s standards, patterns, and processes
Integrate with other automation solutions
Required Skills:
1-4 years of Selenium experience
1-2 years of Appium experience for Native applications preferred
Exposure/experience to TOSCA is an added advantage
Prior experience in scripting using Java is a must, and capable enough to enhance test frameworks/test coverage.
Any exposure to handheld/kiosk devices/ATM will be +
Minimum of 2 years of Digital testing, preferably in Banks
Experience in debugging skills, ability to identify build errors, and help in board bring up
Exposure to build a system, preferably GIT, able to generate binaries and execute tests using test scripts.
Good at problem solving, analytical & communication skills
Should be flexible to do manual or automation testing

• Plan & Execute IVVQ: Develop and implement system test strategies, test plans, and test cases for system-level IVVQ activities.
• Integration & Qualification : Participate in and lead system integration and qualification activities, ensuring the architectural integrity and functionality of the system .
• Resource Management: Optimize and manage all test resources, including staff, hardware, and software, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Defect Management: Actively manage and track defects, conducting thorough impact analyses and coordinating with engineering teams for timely resolution.

• Test Environment & Tools: Design, implement, and maintain the test platforms and tools required for effective system testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.

• Proven IVVQ Expertise: Strong understanding of IVVQ principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• System Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with system integration, verification, and validation of complex systems (e.g., software, hardware, embedded systems).
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of defect management tools and test management platforms. Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a plus.

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Having internship experience with relevant exposure would be a bonus

• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu, diagnostics tools, CAN systems, and vehicle interfaces

This position focuses on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and industry standards.

• Manage quality control processes to guarantee product conformance to IPC and customer-specific standards.

• Degree in any Engineering discipline (Quality Engineering preferred) with 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, develop, and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test strategies, documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

· Identifying and documenting software defects to ensure quality and functionality, working with developers/engineers to resolve issues, and verifying that the software meets requirements.

· Conduct benchmarking and performance, and end-to-end testing, and analyse test performance metrics, including response times, failure rates, and transaction success rates.

· Work closely with front end developers to address integration and performance of the contactless products.

· Monitor and resolve integration issues, optimizing transaction performance and reliability.

· Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.

· Utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of the testing regime where possible.

· Document and track test results and defects.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams in different environment to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

· Tertiary qualification in Computer Engineering/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

· Domain knowledge and experience in EMV Contactless Specifications (C-2 to C-8 kernels, Book A, Book B), ISO 14443, ETSI TS 102 221

· Experience in developing and testing with EMV compliant products.

· Experience in testing and troubleshooting contactless card and mobile phone.

· Experience in C, C++, Java and other programming languages.

· Experience in developing test tools and using protocol analysers.

· Experience in web programming on UNIX/LINUX and Windows environment.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

· A good understanding of card clash scenario in Global Mass Transportation Fare Ticketing is a plus.
