- We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our team. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
In this role, you will review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by the QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy. You will also develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester, with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Exhibits strategic thinking and the ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively.
- A deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies, with extensive experience in manual and automated testing.
- Experience writing test automation using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Katalon.
- Experience in testing mobile application and web application.
- Experience running automated testing using device farms.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
