Take this opportunity to become Test Manager for global airport and logistics system projects.
You will have a key role in ensuring that our state-of-the-art baggage handling and logistics systems are handed over to our customers in the quality that they expect. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities globally.
Ensuring the quality of our systems
As a Test Manager, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects. You will be an active member of the project management team of the project that you are working for, and from the very beginning of the project your focus will be on quality, validation of requirements, and commissioning strategy. Furthermore, you will be involved in decisions on how and when mechanical, electrical and software components will be tested.We will train you in our products and processes as well as in our test and commissioning strategies.
You will:
· Create an overall Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the project.
· Decide on a decommissioning and commissioning strategy.
· Work together with the Project Manager and the Technical Project Manager on risk management, to ensure that the right balance is found with regard to what to test.
· Contribute to the schedule, budget, resource plan and site management plan.
· Review test cases from all internal stakeholders as well as from suppliers.
· Organise Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), both on emulators and on physical test loops.
· Lead the test and validation process on sites where we commission our systems.
· Communicate with our clients regarding the progress of testing.
· Perform acceptance testing together with the people from the airport.
· Lead the process of requirement management.
· Work in our head office but also on site at the place of installation, for a longer period.

- Ensure compliance with NCS methodologies, internal QA standards, and applicable external audit requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ software testing experience, including at least 1 year as a Test Manager on large-scale enterprise programs.
- Experience with BI systems, ETL processes, and data lakes.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end testing lifecycles for large transformation programs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and best practices.
- Strong expertise in test planning, case design, defect management, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience testing AI/ML-based implementations.
- Familiarity with Qlik and Talend products.
- Experience in change management and measuring the business value of testing and improvement initiatives.
