Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will partner the Heads of Departments (HODs) and work closely to provide HR guidance, support and service delivery in key areas such as manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations and engagement.
Responsibilities Manpower Planning, Analytics and Reporting- Partner the HODs in the projection of manpower establishment, analysing current manpower inventory and making future manpower forecast to generate meaningful insights and drive actions.
- Provide effective manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders, such as hiring report, employee attrition and retention report, absence and leave report.

- Communicate and advise on HR policies and to implement management practices that align with policies and comply to regulations and regularly review and improve on workflow processes & procedures.
- Manage all on-boarding and off-boarding matters such as induction for newly hired doctors and conducting exit interviews for doctors who resigned.
- Prepare reports for supporting departments/overall Jurong departments (as assigned)
- Manage all HR operational matters relating to your assigned departments, with support from Shared Services (where applicable). This will include renewal of contracts, re-employment, confirmation and transfer cases, change in appointments, application/renewal of work passes, billing and payment for clinicians’ services (e.g. Visiting Consultant/Locum services).
- Conduct and manage fact-finding investigations into workplace misconduct and non-compliance with policy/guidelines and employee grievances and follow through on the action plans meted out after conclusion of investigation.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to HODs on employee risk matters, such as managing performance issues, staff counselling, grievance handling and coaching.
- Support in providing recommendation of interventions to improve employee engagement.
- Support Reporting Officer in executing process analysis initiatives and propose solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Any other HR projects when assigned.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.
- At least 6 years of HR generalist experience. Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) and Success Factors HRIS or SAP HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnership with internal clients and key stakeholders.
