We are looking for a motivated and resourceful recruiter to support the full recruitment cycle and contribute to ongoing talent acquisition efforts. This role offers the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisement creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines for key positions
- Provide recruitment guidance and market insights to stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning
- Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires
- Conduct recruitment analytics and reporting to drive data-informed talent acquisition decisions
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in any field or its equivalent
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong track record in managing hiring processes in dynamic or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of handling multiple vacancies and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using recruitment technologies and platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus.
