You’ll work closely with the market research team as well as be responsible for full lifecycle roles.
What you’ll be doing:- Own full recruitment process from role intake to hire.
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates partnering with our Sourcing team as well as self-sourcing for full lifecycle roles.
- Partner with International leaders and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data integrity and use available data to inform hiring efficiency and success for yourself and your hiring team.
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
- Partner with stakeholders and working groups on pilot hiring projects.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company.
- Proven track of identifying and closing difficult to attract top candidates.
- Experience building out recruiting processes in global markets.
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
- Demonstrated prowess in creating innovative and unique ways to proactively find and engage pipelines of cross functional talent.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively across timezones and in a distributed, global environment.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
Pay Range: $116,900 SGD - $116,900 SGD
