We are looking for a first-line Sales Leader for our Singapore office to be part of the wider Leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Directors and Account Executives who partner with existing customers to deliver success using our Talent and Learning solutions, and hunt for new business opportunities in the Staffing industry across the region. You will also develop and execute the sales strategy across the market and focus on retaining and growing LinkedIn’s valuable corporate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a world-class, high performing team of Account Executives & Account Directors
- Demand excellence through coaching (1:1s), performance reviews, and development of team members
- Ensure operational rigor with sales activities
- Provide sales mentorship to help reps build CXO-level relationships
- Communicate goals and focus on the most important activities (prioritization)
- Foster a positive, values-driven team culture that motivates others
- Manage headcount, forecast, lead meetings, and align the team to the organizational vision and values
- Collaborate across sales, product, and marketing; provide internal partner intelligence to inform product and business strategies
- Identify team challenges and lead training to improve rep effectiveness
- Establish and manage key industry and business partner relationships to drive commercial growth
- Take on additional initiatives as they emerge to help achieve larger company objectives
Qualifications
