We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Executive.
This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing compensation and benefits operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, employee benefits, and statutory contributions. They will also maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
Additionally, they will support the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data collation and analysis. The candidate will liaise with external vendors and government agencies on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits Support:
- Manage the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data collation and analysis.
- Liaise with external vendors and government agencies on HR-related matters (e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
- General HR Support:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage staff claims processing and reimbursement workflows.
- Coordinate office administration tasks such as procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
- Support the organisation of internal events and staff engagement activities.
- Handle general correspondence and documentation filing.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Certified HR professional preferred (IHRP/CIPD/SHRM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Times Soft).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
