About the Role
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Freelance Executive Search / Recruitment Consultant (Full Commission-Based) to join our team. This role is ideal for consultants who enjoy the flexibility of working independently while leveraging their recruitment expertise to deliver results.
You will primarily support sourcing and recruitment delivery, while also contributing to business development activities such as networking and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior consultants to support end-to-end recruitment delivery, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for mid- to senior-level roles across multiple industries.
- Actively build and manage candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Support client search mandates by ensuring timely and accurate candidate submissions.
- Contribute to business development activities, including identifying potential leads, networking, and occasionally engaging new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards while complying with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Proven experience in executive search, recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage senior-level candidates.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable in a commission-only structure.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
