Duties & Responsibilities include:
- To carry out taking off quantities;
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
- To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
- To perform other QS duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;
- Fresh graduate/ 1-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders;
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work with digital softwares (ie Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; and

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
- Measure and value completed works, and prepare progress claims and variation orders.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures throughout project execution.

Requirements
