Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Measure and value completed works, and prepare progress claims and variation orders.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures throughout project execution.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.
• Support in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction / main contractor environment.

Fresh graduates with internship or site-based experience are encouraged to apply.

• Good understanding and basic contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with cost estimation software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Preparing of Variation Order pricing if any ;

Job Requirement:

• Building and Contracts administrations on site
