We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor personnel to join our team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong understanding and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contract administration/ quantity take-off/ cost evaluation/ preparation of tender documents
- Calling of tender/ quotation/ purchases
- Preparation of progress claims/ finalise accounts/ other miscellaneous works
- Any other project / departmental matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QS
- With relevant Diploma or similar qualification
- Hardworking, meticulous and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Navision System would be advantageous Able to work independently with minimum supervision

As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, he/she is expected to forecast total capital requirements and monitors expenditure during construction.
