Responsibilities include monitoring the condition of the showflat and sales office, managing customer feedback, and delivering quality service to purchasers. They will handle the processing of commission payments to property agencies, support administrative tasks related to Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) and handover procedures, and coordinate and manage homeowners' defect-related issues.
