Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying, Science or

3 to 5 years related experience in Contract related matters such as Contracts Administration and Quantity surveying in the Property, Construction and Estate industry
Sound knowledge of pre and post tender processes and conditions of contract will be an added advantage
Possess verbal and written communication skills in English, meticulous, diligent and organised, able to work independently and in a team and comfortable in handling voluminous documentation and data

We are looking for a Contract Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Energy Transition projects. The Contract Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution, managing contracts, mitigating risks, and supporting the project team to achieve milestones, quality standards, and commercial targets. Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance on contractual issues at the construction site and clarify legal/contractual queries in coordination with the Legal team.
- Collaborate with project directors, procurement, commercial/finance, engineering, site management, erection, commissioning, and testing teams on contractual matters.
- Manage all project contracts including subcontractor agreements, supplier contracts, consortium agreements, and the main client contract from project commencement through the warranty phase.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, particularly with BoQ-type contracts and FIDIC-based contracts.
- Develop project execution strategies to optimize risk and opportunity management.
- Ensure stakeholders fully understand contractual rights, obligations, and interfaces.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring flow-down of main contract terms.
