Job Description:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in accordance with maintenance checklist and ensure high quality workmanship.
• Carry out any Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and solve any problems encountered to ensure smooth operation in the maintenance works.
• Effectively execute any other GSE Work Instructions.
• Carry out the work activities to meet the quality standard and committed turn-around time (TAT).

Repair and Maintenance Services

• Prepare quotation to customers and ensure quotation is duly signed by customer
• To liaise with customer and coordinate repair works with Mechanics and Director /Manager
• Prepare Field Service Reports and ensure it is duly signed before forwarding to Accounts Department
• Negotiate price with suppliers
• Investigate and resolve customer queries pertaining to invoices issues
• Monitor and update maintenance register
• To check Suppliers Delivery Orders, match Invoices and verify them before forwarding to Accounts Department
• To keep track monthly, 3-monthly maintenance
• Assist to plan, organise and coordinate works of mechanics
• To assist in purchasing functions whenever required
• Arrange Tyreman job assignment
• Update and file all records in a timely manner

• Conduct Customer Feedback survey every 3 months for Repair & Services Department
• To ensure Maintenance Schedule is duly updated
• To prepare and collate Machinery Check list Daily Weekly & Monthly Checklists (Forklift Boom Lift, Scissors Lift, Overhead Crane& Sweeper)
• Prepare all company vehicle inspection list and update to system
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management
