Quality System

• Develop, implement and maintain QMS documentation to maintain compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or GMP

Customer Complaints Management

• Review interim CCAR reports to ensure that root cause is data driven and corrective action(s) address the root cause

Supplier Complaints Management

• SCAR Manager. Approve SCAR – Supplier related complaints and defects, review and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier and internal stakeholders to investigate issues and resolution
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operation and Technology to assess risk and quality impact of raw material on finished goods

Global Quality Team Collaboration

• Support the implementation of global quality initiatives, systems and tools
• Ensure that local QMS aligns with global practices and corporate policies
• Share best practices and lessons learned across global sites

Support Quality Contracts/Documentation

• Review customer documents and quality related agreements for compliances to ensure clauses are relevant, assess the risks.

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support on-site Quality Clinic operations within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a highly physical, shopfloor-intensive role focused on the handling, movement, and processing of non-conforming materials (NCMs). The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and experience in quality processes within fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

·    Non-Conforming Material Handling (Shopfloor Focus)

·    Review and validate non-conformance (NC) data submitted by inspectors.

·    Physically retrieve non-conforming materials from the shop floor for review.

·    Move parts between inspection areas, holding zones, and disposition lanes.

·    Execute Quality Notification (QN) actions: tagging, segregation, traceability.

·    Coordinate with downstream teams for post-disposition processing.

·    Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices to prevent backlog and delays.

Quality Clinic Operations

·    Maintain & control of non-conforming parts within the Quality Clinic.

·    Provide hands-on support during disposition decisions: use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap.

·    Maintain accurate tracking and logging of QNs both physically and in the system throughout their entire lifecycle.

·    Assist in MRB (Material Review Board) activities via real-time part visibility and staging.

2. 4-6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, with at least 4 years in a shop floor-based quality role.
3. Prior experience in Quality Clinic support, NC material handling, or MRB activities is strongly preferred.
4. Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 standards, and practical application of 7QC tools.
5. Willingness to work in shift rotations and support extended hours during high-demand periods.
