- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by managing product quality from testing and sample builds through to mass production.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and compile data into detailed First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Collaborate closely with program managers on NPI builds and engineering assessments.
- Train QC inspectors prior to handing over NPI projects to production.
- Perform qualification and validation of equipment, processes, and test methods.
- Develop, review, and update Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, Quality Standards, and sample boards for production transfer.
- Partner with engineering on jig design, including reviewing 2D drawings, identifying issues, and assessing jig requirements.
Qualifications:
- Holds at least a Diploma in Precision, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related engineering field.
- One year of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing is advantageous
- Skilled in applying quality methodologies including SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, and using Minitab software.
- Competent in interpreting engineering drawings, with a solid understanding of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Effective at organizing workloads, juggling multiple priorities, and managing time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, paired with good interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and takes initiative.

+ Stay current with the latest inspection technologies, methodologies, and trends in the aerospace industry.
**Requirements:**
+ Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
+ Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
+ Good working on Quality Management System meeting AS9100, AS9102, AS13100 requirements.
+ Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience to use simple CAD/drawing software, well on engineering drawing interpretation.
+ Knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) will be added advantages.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Able to work rotating shifts.

Quality Clinic Operations
