Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements

As a

Product Quality Manager (PQM)

, you will be our in-region quality leader, driving product quality execution across multiple global manufacturing sites. Hold a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering (or related field); advanced degree a plus.

Have successfully launched new hardware products from proto through mass production.

Possess deep knowledge of consumer electronics assembly & test processes, including PCBA, integration, calibration, and cosmetic inspection.

Bring strong expertise in statistics and analytics: SPC, DOE, capability analysis, sampling plans, GR&R, FMEA, and reliability statistics.

Have demonstrated success leading root cause investigations and using FA tools such as X-ray/CT, cross-section, and microscopy.

The Commercial Quality position is responsible for the execution of Quality Management Systems and compliance with applicable laws and regulations at the Regional Distribution Center.   • Responsible for carrying out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws; including if required interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
  • Manager must be a strong leader to provide leadership. He/she must support the round the clock operations of the Distribution Center.
  • Responsible for leading the implementation of regional initiatives like JJOS and QE2 in ASPAC region and develop the Quality Engineering capability in RDC.
  • Leads, and / or contributes to, the utilization of various risk management and risk mitigation tools and practices (for example, mistake proofing, critical control points, failure mode, effects analysis)
  • Supports execution of strategic vision or plan by collaborating with other quality leaders to identify required Quality Engineering skills and competencies
  • Act as a backup for Senior Manager Commercial Quality and in his / her absence for approvals and other quality related matters as delegate

Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Master's Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years in a FDA regulated environment in a pharmaceutical / Medical Devices, distribution or quality environment is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Compliance is required.

Senior/ Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the product quality issues, including managing internal and external communication on product qualities.
  • identifies on-going quality issues and makes recommendations to improve current processes.
  • Interfaces with cusomters, suppliers, engineering and operational groups on quality related issues.
  • Responsible in leading the 5S and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Provides training in statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Establish, review & approve quality control methods and procedures.
  • Plays a key role to provide guidance to site with respect to maintaining quality excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Elextronic/ Electrical Engineering or Quality Management with minimum 8 years relevant experience in Quality and Management capacity preferably in EMS environment & prior experience in handling FDA audit is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge & implementation experience in Six Sigma.
  • Formal training in ISO Lead Auditor is a definite advantage.
  • Familiar with ISO-13485 & TL (Telecommunication) system.
  • Strong skills in faciliation, analysis & problem solving.
  • Experience in analyzing of various processes barriers and using TPM methodology to drive imrpovements and inspection to support operations.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal relationships and deep passion for driving product quality are essential.
