Key Responsibilities

Job Descriptions :

• To support in ensuring the product quality in satisfying company and customer need and requirements
• To support in ensuring quality control through documentation such as maintaining of QC report, SOP specifications and test methods are available.
• Perform internal and external audit to compliance with QMS requirement.
• Support Production on all quality-related activities, including working closely with supplier and Engineering
• Participate in investigations and ensure CAPA findings, risks, recommendations, Non-Conformances reporting and outcomes are appropriate and are clearly documented and communicated
• Oversee implementation and improvement of IQC, IPQC, OQC process related to customer's products in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform review and gap analysis of customer specifications for chemical processes, including implementing adequate process control measures.
2. Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance with plating specifications.
3. Participate in new process setup, buy-off, and qualification programs.
4. Investigate quality issues, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
5. Translate customer specifications into Work Instructions and SOPs.
6. Maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
7. Perform internal audits to ensure processes, products, and systems meet requirements.
8. Proactively initiate process improvements to enhance quality, stability, productivity, and reduce cycle times.
9. Provide ongoing training to operators, inspectors, and staff to meet team and company objectives.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed inspection plans for aerospace components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define the most appropriate inspection methods and criteria for new parts, assemblies, and systems.

• Identify and select suitable inspection tools, techniques, and measurement equipment (e.g., CMM, optical, gaging etc.).

• Establish acceptance criteria and tolerances for aerospace products based on engineering drawings, material specifications, and industry standards.

• Create and maintain detailed inspection reports, documentation, and records, ensuring that all inspection activities are traceable and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Develop inspection records that support traceability and certification, including first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections.

• Create CMM or Gear Programming for in process inspection and final inspection.

• Ensure that all inspection processes adhere to aerospace industry standards, including AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, NADCAP, FAA regulations, and customer-specific requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all personnel are trained and knowledgeable about relevant protocols.

• Support internal and external audits related to inspection processes and quality assurance systems.

• Investigate and perform root cause analysis for any quality issues or inspection failures, using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Fishbone diagrams.

• Lead initiatives to improve inspection processes, reduce inspection times, and increase the accuracy and reliability of inspections.

• Stay current with the latest inspection technologies, methodologies, and trends in the aerospace industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

• Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.

• Good working on Quality Management System meeting AS9100, AS9102, AS13100 requirements.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience to use simple CAD/drawing software, well on engineering drawing interpretation.

• Knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) will be added advantages.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work rotating shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and improve the department and product total quality system to ensure product specifications are met.

• Facilitate quality improvement to the product and process by providing technical guidance in QE tools applications.

• Perform system and or process audit to ensure quality system compliance.

• Develop and implement preventive quality initiatives to achieve customer quality target.

• Lead Material Review Board meeting on disposition of non-conforming material and drive for actions to resolve non-conforming case.

• Monitor First Time Quality reviews and drive for improvement on top issues.

• Respond on customer returns and drive for effective actions to address customer returns.

Job Requirement :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience

• Relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry an added advantage

• Good experience in Engineering tools, Quality System and Six Sigma

• Experience with FA or Reliability an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
