The Production Operator/Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Team located in Tuas, Singapore and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement.
+ Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM

- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines
- Perform routine visual checks and product quality inspections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure consistent output and adherence to safety standards
- Able to perform manual and routine tasks
- Willing to work in a shift-based environment
- No prior experience required—training provided

Responsibilities:
- Server and rack assembly operations environment
- Assembling products following the required specifications, quality standards, and operational guidelines
- Identifying and reporting any product defects, discrepancies, or operational issues to the designated supervisor or manager
