The Production Operator/Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Team located in Tuas, Singapore and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement.
+ Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.
Who you are:
+ GCE 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in controlled manufacturing environment is preferred (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
+ Flexible to work rotating shifts
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and equipment up to 25 kg
+ Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in controlled powder-handling environments
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ GMP regulated manufacturing environment
+ Fast pace and fast changing environment
+ Able to read & write in English and has basic knowledge of Mathematics and troubleshooting skill

The Production Technician oversees site operations, ensuring safety, product quality, reliability, and compliance with ISO, IMS, and regulations. You will be responsible for operational efficiency, system uptime, and customer satisfaction, they strictly adhere to management systems while enhancing energy and process performance. 1. Daily Plant Operations
- Conduct plant logging, routine checks, and equipment monitoring for nitrogen generators and auxiliary systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot plant anomalies, resolving issues to maintain reliability and uninterrupted product supply within contractual specifications.
- Manage bulk gas inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records.
