Job Description:

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute product development activities for blood management products, such as blood bags, in alignment with defined goals and targets.

  • Define project scope, approach, strategy, market potential, pricing targets, and critical success factors.

  • Manage project budgeting, scheduling, timelines, and cross-functional coordination with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

  • Conduct biocompatibility evaluations in compliance with ISO 10993, including biological testing, chemical characterization, risk assessments, and preparation of related documents (BEP, BER, BRA).

  • Support regulatory submissions with biocompatibility sections (Technical Files, Design Dossiers, CERs) and maintain product compliance, technical files, and design history files.

  • Plan and execute design verification and validation tests, including type testing and biocompatibility assessments.

  • Perform biological assessments to support material changes and establish SOPs for test methodologies.

  • Carry out equipment calibration and maintenance as required.

  • Provide regular project updates to management and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Section Head.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Material Science, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device design and development, or blood component processing (preferably in a blood bank setting)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER 1

THE ROLE:

We are System Level Test (SLT) Central Engineering team providing test solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI) under the Product Engineering Organization. We do exciting product development for leading-edge technology that will power the next generation processors used for high performance computing. As a Product Development Engineer, you will experience working with and learning from AMD’s talented engineering teams around the world – design, platform, packaging, device analysis among others. You will learn the ins and outs of the microprocessor and how to harness it to produce the highest performance at the highest quality. You will be challenged to come up with innovative and creative ways to solve the complex problems that come with developing products using the latest technologies.

THE PERSON:

We’re looking for someone with a thirst for technical knowledge – willing to learn and impart knowledge to others. We want someone with a solid foundation and interest in APU and PC architecture. A results-oriented engineer with good stakeholder management skills which are crucial when interfacing with various teams across AMD. A strong and effective communicator, both verbal and written, which are essential when working with a global team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with various engineering teams to determine System Level Test (SLT) coverage, content, characterization requirements, and root cause resolution for SLT device failures
  • Early engagement in pre and post silicon phases, including test coverage bring-up, test flow integration, and test hardware qualification
  • Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best Known Methods
  • Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents
  • Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
  • Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production
  • Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products
  • Support qualification activities and customer return debug

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledgeable in System Level Test or System Architecture of a PC
  • Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
  • Technical knowledge in OS kernel, driver, BIOS firmware
  • Demonstrated programming and scripting experience using various programming languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git)

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual to join the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group in graphics products. You will have the opportunity to manage master product data that includes manufacturing specification and bill of material through the product life cycle. Also, will work with various cross-functional teams to drive and coordinate the planning and execution of NPI samples. With rapidly growing product roadmap, your creativity and out of the box thinking can give a positive impact to process improvement projects in the above context.

The Person

Successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic NPI environment and proficient in MS Office applications. Willingness to learn with strong attention to details and process-oriented thinking is necessary. Successful candidate shall demonstrate maturity as being both independent contributor and team player, and able to problem solve. Having strong organizational, time management and communication skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish samples plan and schedule; Responsible on the tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples of our products to internal/external customers.
  • Being independent and resourceful in problem solving on issues that may potential interrupt NPI samples. Take the initiative and stay proactive.
  • Liaise with AMD labs and manufacturing sites to ensure execution carries out as per plan. Drive for mitigation to minimize any schedule interruptions and impact.
  • Be the subject matter expert to build and support manufacturing specifications and build-of-material throughout the product life cycle. Ensure involved parties and stakeholders to adhere to process.
  • Responsible on bill of material release/changes in according to change management process and adhere to master product data requirement. Able to identify and resolve manufacturing problems in related to bill of material.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and drive for efficiency and productivity improvement results.


Preferred Experience

  • Solid experience with material planning, logistics, scheduling, manufacturing build of material and documentation control.
  • Solid experience working on manufacturing and product requirements from product data management perspective.
  • Experience in Product Data Management using AGILE tool or similar tool.
  • Familiarity with semiconductors and/or supply chain is a plus.


Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. Preferred with at least 1-2 years of relevant years of experience within semiconductor industry.
  • Candidate with proven experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are welcome to apply.

Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The Surfscan group includes a team of engineers, technology development, apps engineers and product marketing focused on technology that enables wafer, IC and equipment manufacturers to develop, qualify and monitor their process tools. Defects and process non-uniformities detected on Surfscan equipment allow for early identification of yield excursions. The flagship Surfscan products include the SPx platforms for wafer surface quality and wafer defect inspection tools and systems for inspection of polished wafers, epi wafers and engineered substrates during the wafer fabrication process.

Surfscan-ADE is looking to hire an energetic, self-driven individual to be part of a team of remote systems engineers who will work closely with service teams and customers to identify and implement product improvements which will lead to long-term product adoption and customer success. These activities will include the development and release of new options, features or other improvements that provide more value to our customers. Integral to this role is an understanding of the customers use-case and successfully working in conjunction with other groups to define the requirements. Must have the ability to follow through and release / support these product enhancements effectively. Trains service and manufacturing employees. Required to travel to customer sites to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues (Fly and Fix) during and after product release.

Requirements:

  • Preferred (not mandatory) work experiences in semiconductor processing or equipment industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Good hands-on ability with demonstrated success on hardware related projects
  • Up to 60% of world-wide travelling would be required.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Preferably in the field of Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Material Science)

  • You are a technical subject matter expert on the Content Creation product category, you’ve built innovative consumer experiences with a combination of Microphones, Webcams, streaming input devices and more – here you’ll be responsible for the management of Razer’s global product development, pushing innovation and driving product projects.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Degree or diploma in a technical discipline with minimum 5 years of end-to-end product management or development experience with streaming and content creation related products a huge plus.
  • Experience with product development life cycles (integrated software and hardware) and ODM/CM working models.
  • Constantly curious, love learning about technical products, and be energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems for users
  • Strong analytical thinking to prioritize features and evaluate trade-offs
  • Experience in collaborating and leading cross-functional teams to drive successful product implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.
