Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and report writing on customer returns electrical failure analysis, including Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT), and duplicate customer-reported failures at the platform or board level.
- Debug customer returns covering pre- and post-mass production, field returns including critical issues, and defect part per million (DPPM) improvements.
- Collaborate with Device Analysis or Product Engineering teams on fault isolation and root cause analysis, including package/die-level analysis, test coverage, and improvements.
- Work with program managers or Quality/Customer teams on analysis report writing for customer communication.
- Manage local product ownership, including understanding, tracking, and releasing ATE/SLT test programs and revisions.
