Role Description

As a Product Marketing Associate, you will drive end-to-end growth across both existing and new products through strategic planning, relentless creativity, hands-on execution, and rigorous data-driven experimentation. This highly practical and outcome-driven role requires you to identify, scale, and continuously optimize marketing channels to deliver measurable business results. You'll collaborate closely with product and business leads across markets, taking ownership of projects and initiatives with a direct reporting line to Founder and C-level leadership. To succeed, you will need to be able to independently navigate fast-paced learning loops and proactively get things done.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2, maximum 4 years of experience in product marketing, growth hacking community building, partnerships, and/or B2B marketing
  • Track record of building and scaling engaged communities
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work within budget and timelines
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
