Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the go-to-market strategy. Follow the product roadmap and weigh the cost of adjustments with changes in business imperatives

The Product Analytics Team drives product strategy and innovation by providing actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. Our diverse team of data professionals is based in Singapore and Berlin, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to directly influence product direction. We collaborate with a larger data team, including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to share knowledge and expertise.

You will have the opportunity to access high volume, rich user behaviour data, engage in end to end product development cycles, work on complex product problems, and learn from many experienced data professionals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in leveraging SQL for analytics (BigQuery experience is a plus).

You're eligible to apply if you:

  • Are an undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December June 2027
  • Must be able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January August 2027

You'll excel as a Product Analyst if you:

  • Have an interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment management
  • Possess a strong analytical skill set with a good understanding of programming languages being a plus
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have the ability to relay complex ideas clearly
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to join a fast-paced, high-performance culture
  • Are results oriented, with strong attention to detail and time management skills

See yourself as a Product Analyst:

You will work within the Product Strategy Group, a global team of over 130 professionals responsible for financial market expertise (both internally and externally), strategic business management, as well as entrepreneurship and marketing for a wide range of PIMCO product lines. You'll gain broad exposure to financial markets, product design, development and distribution, portfolio analysis, and/or client communication.

You will work with one or multiple specialty teams that focus on covering specific investment strategies (e.g., Multi-Sector Fixed Income (MSFI), Credit, Emerging Markets, Alternatives, etc). You'll gain a strong understanding of the business of investment management across different market segments. Responsibilities vary between teams but may include:

  • Market and economic updates
  • Portfolio commentaries
  • Client portfolio analytics and investment insights
  • Competitor intelligence
  • Client presentation materials
  • Risk and performance attribution

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Asia Pacific Business Intelligence team.
As a regional product manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.
Reporting directly to the Regional Business Intelligence Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure products maximize funding pools and facilitate customer dynamics.
Key Responsibilities / Role
Act as Product Owner for Business Intelligence
Bring global product to the region, including use cases and value story
Manage a suite of insights platform and reports for the region
Maintain quality control and continuously collect feedback to feed into global product roadmap
Budget and forecast tracking
Lead Product Localization and GTM
Manage regional product commercialization process (Studio including pricing)
Partner with Network Sales / Market Business Development leads to identify sales opportunities
Act as Regional SME
Understand competitive landscape, map regional pain points/needs
Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales and clients
Measure value and articulate impact
All About You
Background in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions
Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
Keen understanding of competitive offerings and payments industry trends and ability to translate that into scalable products
Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
Experience in Financial Institutions, Fintechs and Data platforms preferred
Fluent in English
