- Strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) concepts; experience working closely with UX/UI designers.

Product Governance: Act as the process lead for product governance – overseeing the scope and feasibility evaluation and documentation of enhancement request from users + roadmap requirements:
- Facilitates discussion and decisions on feature prioritization - based on user feedback, business impact, balancing innovation with feasibility.
- Working closely with respective Opco ANGen representatives, and addressing feedback/requests and inquiries from users.
