What You’ll Do- Solution Architects at SailPoint embark on their journey by undergoing comprehensive product training. This initial phase allows them to harness their existing experience, paving the way for a profound understanding of our SaaS solutions.
- Within a month or two, they begin serving as the technical leads on customer projects where they will employ their client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge, to share organizational best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance.
- After their first six months, Solution Architects will have established themselves as both technical and consultative experts within the SailPoint Services organization.
- By the end of their first year they will have become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and to less experienced team members. As part of your role as a technical advisor, you will also have a chance to use your development skills/background to work on custom efforts on a regular or as needed basis.
- Gathering customers' business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs
