Job Summary:
A global organization is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative, transitioning legacy systems to a modern cloud-based platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture principles and organizational standards.
- Participate in architecture review processes, offering strategic guidance to delivery teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technical debt and architectural misalignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, delivery units, and operations, to ensure architectural decisions support long-term business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Review and validate architecture and integration designs across core ERP systems and adjacent platforms.
- Ensure consistency in integration patterns, data flows, and security protocols.
- Assess architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including data governance and security standards.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on the existing architecture landscape.
- Provide recommendations to manage complexity, scalability, and interdependencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, with deep functional knowledge in order management and pricing.
- Strong understanding of financial and logistics integration within enterprise platforms.
- Proven track record in leading ERP transformation or migration projects, ideally in multinational environments.
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
