As a Domain software O&M Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Univers SaaS product, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to optimize software product, enhance system stability, and promote automation in operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability.

• Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs.

• Help applications developed by company go to production.

• Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Rich experience on database ( Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.)

• VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.

• Able to handle fast moving technology trend.

• Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects and maintenance contracts, coordinating sub-contractors, service providers, suppliers, and clients to meet contractual requirements and deliverables.

• Able to work independently, with a positive attitude, and willing to respond to site during non-office hours when required.

Responsibilities:
Understand & familiarize with the process, practices and ITSM platform related to Support Operations
Man Support Hotline & Email during office hours, gather relevant information from customer during initial call.
Ensure that all correspondence with customers is performed in a prompt and courteous manner.

Work closely with various team of engineers for troubleshooting.
Qualifications:

Operations Engineer

The purpose of this role is to manage patient and healthcare stakeholder relationships with hospitals, homes, and healthcare providers, while ensuring smooth operational deployment of Respiree’s products and services. This includes overseeing IT systems, software testing, and operational readiness for product releases.

Responsibilities:

Operational & IT Systems Management

• Monitor and support the management of Respiree’s IT systems and infrastructure for both internal and external purposes.
• Lead the installation and setup of products and solutions, including device preparation, hardware configuration, and related documentation.
• Support Customer Service in the timely resolution of issues related to product use.
• Coordinate operational readiness for software and hardware deployments into production environments.

Software Testing & Automation

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases, patches, and feature updates prior to production deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and execute UAT plans and test cases in collaboration with the product and development teams.
• Design and implement automated test scripts to streamline regression and acceptance testing processes.
• Document test results, track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues prior to release.
• Ensure testing activities comply with ISO 13485 and other relevant medical device software standards.

Compliance & Quality Management

• Ensure operational processes and documentation meet ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support audits, process validations, and quality reviews for operational and IT-related activities.
