We are seeking an experienced Lab Controller to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of microbiological test procedures. This includes performing microbiological test analysis, internal calibration, and equipment troubleshooting.
You will also supervise and manage daily testing operations, plan work, and arrange manpower to optimize efficiency. Additionally, you will be in charge of purchasing lab equipment, consumables, and inventory control.
Other key responsibilities include training new staff members, investigating microbiological contamination of products, and verifying test results.
As a Lab Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring cGMP compliance and documentation in the R&D Laboratory.
