What we’re looking for
We are seeking an assistant football coach who is confident working in a performance-driven environment, is highly communicative, and has a strong interest in coaching development. You should have:
Minimum AFC / UEFA C License equivalent.
At least 2 years of full-time experience in a professional football club and/or internationally recognised academy.
Demonstrated successful on-field results and achievements in previous coaching roles.
A commitment to achieving the best possible result in every match by adapting team and playing style as required.

- Preferably coaching certification.

- Experience in coaching youth football, preferably with a focus on young children.

- Strong knowledge of the Real Madrid Foundation methodology and principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young players, parents, and staff.

Requirements:
