- Drive visitation to our resort and membership sign-ups through delivering excellent customer service standards
- Assist supervisor in daily operations and during festive or adhoc events
- Be equipped with the latest product knowledge on all in–house programs, products and services and keep guests updated on the latest changes and development
- Collaborate with team members from other departments such as Reservations, Transport and F&B to ensure that guests' requests are handled timely and appropriately

• Teach respective students water confidence and water safety
• Help overcome students fear of water
• Teach children and adults swimming techniques and survival skills
• Ensure safety at all times
• Evaluate students every term
• Administrative and customer service
• Have to commit to working with us for 24 months (starts from the start of training)
• Full-time position with compulsory over the weekends
• Compulsory over the weekendo and most public holidays
Skills/Qualification
- Open to not certified or trained swim teachers
- Respective training and international certification provided and paid by company
- 6 different local/international relevant license/certificate paid and issued upon completion of training by the company
- Will be paid salary during training period
- Require to sing nursery rhymes
