About MORROW
At MORROW, we are obsessed with alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement. Every class is more than a workout — it's an education in mind-body connection. We believe the goal is not simply to get members to sweat, but to empower them to understand their bodies, move with precision, and graduate to doing exercises independently with confidence and clarity.
Our programming is carefully curated, thoughtful, and grounded in mindfulness. From lifting weights with proper breathing to executing functional movements, every detail is designed to show members how what they do today directly impacts their tomorrow — and the longevity of their bodies.
We live by our core values of Connection, Impact, Trust, and Empowerment, and believe exercise should embody these values. The Head Coach plays a pivotal role in ensuring our programs deliver not just physical results but lasting transformation.
Role Overview
The Head Coach is both a leader and practitioner: executing classes, holding instructors accountable, and ensuring programming is delivered with excellence. This role demands more than great instruction — it requires leadership to unify the coaching team, uphold standards of clarity and care, and embrace technology that supports personalised, precise, and empowering training.
The Head Coach will inspire a culture where education, community, and transformation are at the centre of every workout.

- Connect exercise to long-term functional movement and longevity outcomes.
Instructor Development & Leadership
- Train, mentor, and hold instructors accountable for delivering MORROW's standards.
- Conduct class audits and shadowing to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and ensure consistency.
- Build a team culture focused on care, precision, education, and empowerment.
- Lead workshops and continuing education on topics like alignment, breathwork, cueing, and functional training.
Programming & Integration
- Collaborate with the Head of Exercise to refine and evolve thoughtfully curated programs.
- Ensure classes integrate MORROW's 6 Lifestyle Medicine Pillars, especially Positive Social Connection, by fostering strong community within every session.
- Report on programming effectiveness through class data, member feedback, and impact assessments.
- Partner with Personal Trainers to identify members who need additional one-on-one support and ensure seamless handover.
Scheduling & Operations
- Own the class schedule, ensuring balance of offerings, coverage, and utilisation.
- Adjust schedules dynamically to meet demand and maximise member impact.
- Partner with Operations to ensure studios are safe, functional, and member-ready.
Community & Empowerment
- Host workshops on movement education and alignment, empowering members to deepen their knowledge.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to deliver fitness activations, challenges, and events.
- Build strong relationships with members, embodying MORROW's belief that we grow together and celebrate progress as a community.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in group fitness, functional training, or strength & conditioning.
- At least 3 years in a senior instructor or head coach role.
- Strong background in functional movement, exercise science, and injury prevention.
- Proven leadership in training, mentoring, and holding instructors accountable.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and public speaking skills.
