This full‐time leadership role is based in Singapore and oversees all aspects of the design and construction of a waste treatment plant. The position requires providing strategic direction and leadership to the entire consultancy team. 
 As the primary client‐facing representative, the Project Manager will liaise with and present to government authorities and other key stakeholders. The consultancy scope covers a broad range of services, including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, procurement advisory, construction supervision, and commissioning management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall project progress and budget, maintaining strong client relationships, providing regular updates to the management board on project performance, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the board.
