Development Partner / Senior Development Partner Sustainable Energy — role at Enterprise Singapore. Drive change and shape Singapore’s sustainable energy future by growing the local ecosystem in emerging energy sectors.
As part of the Sustainable Energy Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of companies in emerging energy sectors such as hydrogen, carbon capture, grid management, and solar energy. You will work closely with a broad network of stakeholders—including companies, government agencies, and research institutions—to deepen our understanding of energy technologies and translate global developments into opportunities for the local ecosystem.
What you will be working on
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with energy companies, government agencies, research institutes, and other ecosystem players to identify opportunities and challenges in the energy transition. Contribute to policy and project development efforts, including pilot programs, grant evaluations, and industry consultations.
Sector and Ecosystem Development: Drive initiatives to grow the sustainable energy sector by identifying gaps, co-developing strategies, promoting partnerships and capability-building efforts; stay informed about developments across workstreams (e.g., hydrogen, CCUS, solar, grid tech) and their relevance to local companies and national energy strategy; monitor global and regional trends in clean energy technologies and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and strategic planning.

This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Duties may include but are not limited to: (1) provide programming support to a research project (2) assist with recruitment and data analyses; (3) manage large complex databases; (4) conduct literature reviews (5) contribute to the development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings.

The appointed candidate should: (1) Hold at least a bachelor degree (2) be proficient in Stata or R and (3) have experience in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, computer science, quantitative social science, public health, epidemiology or related field. Experience with C++ is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to query large data sets and have excellent knowledge of quantitative methods in applied health and/or social sciences. Fluency in English, as well as demonstrably good writing and analytic skills are essential. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Policy Analyst, Finance and Healthcare Fees . In this role, you will play a key part in developing policies related to healthcare fees, subsidy frameworks, and costing guidelines across various institutions.

Your responsibilities will include analysing fee revisions, subsidy frameworks, and national costing guidelines. You will also manage fee revision exercises, including data consolidation, analysis, and submission of returns.

Maintaining the fee database and communicating approved pricing updates to relevant institutions will be an essential part of your duties. Additionally, you will provide secretariat support for the Charging Workgroup, coordinating inter-institutional fee standardisation initiatives that align with the National Billing System and EPIC implementation.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting, with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in Finance/ Business Administration or Data Analytics field.
