- Recognised degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
- 10 years relevant experience in civil engineering / infrastructure projects and 8 years in the design for complex rail / road projects.
- Experience in dealing with authorities / agencies submissions ensuring regulatory compliance relating to project preparation and enabling works. Ability to deal with client and have clear understanding of various code of practice, specifications for driving the design and technical coordination of the project.
- Good leadership, communication, technical, problem solving and analytical skills, being able to be decisive, quick and think logically resolving when resolving issues. Meticulous in planning and organisational skills and the ability to work and perform under pressure.
