This role will focus on design, coordination, and project execution for solar energy projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop single-line diagrams and review electrical design specifications for solar projects.
- Work closely with suppliers on switchboards and PV mounting structures, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
- Coordinate with Professional Engineers (PEs), Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), and Building LEWs (BLEWs) to meet industry standards.
- Manage procurement, oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) documentation , and ensure smooth handover to the asset operations team.
- Utilize SAP for project-related operations.
- Review and finalize structural drawings and track submission requirements.
- Support ad-hoc engineering tasks , including layout drawings and technical amendments.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D/2D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure models are accurate, align with project requirements, and help identify/resolve design conflicts.
Utilize BIM for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and support facility management throughout the building lifecycle.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models, including integration with AI plug-ins, and stay updated on BIM technology advancements.
Prepare architectural and civil/structural shop drawings based on as-built documentation and submit them on time.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
Work closely with project teams to implement drawing revisions and updates.
Assist with documentation and submissions related to BIM processes for record-keeping purposes.
Provide support to the Project Manager in ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory building design.
Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (BIM).
Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and shop drawings.
Proven track record with at least 3 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.
