As a Graphic Design Coordinator, your primary focus will be to liaise closely with our remote team of graphic designers to ensure the seamless execution of visual projects, including coordinating with vendors for photography and videography. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
6. Assist with the organization and management of digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for use in visual content creation.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in graphic design coordination or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
4. Strong organisational and time management skills.

We’re seeking a creative professional with expertise in both graphic design and signage systems to design, manage, and execute visual communications across print, digital, and physical environments. This hybrid role blends branding, wayfinding, and environmental design with production and installation oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded graphics for print, digital, and environmental use such as signage, poster, banner, event showroom and backdrop display
• Create and manage signage systems (wayfinding, retail, safety, etc.)
• Oversee signage production, in-house and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with local signage regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in graphic/product/environmental design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
