Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days ( Saturday if needed, time off will be given)
Working hours : 8:30am - 6:00pm
Salary : $3000-$6000
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to Project Director.
* Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.
* To review the equipment's / materials requisitions.
* Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients, Consultants and contractors.
* Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site force and all subcontractors' work.
* With strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.
* Conduct meetings with site team and subcontractors to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution.
* Ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
* Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
* Participating and engaging in design and as built drawing submission of timeline
* Attend In-house Weekly progress meeting with management.
* Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by BCA.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in Landed Housing Projects.
* Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
* Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD , excel
* Passion in people and project management.
* Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
* Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
* Good written and communication skills.
