Essential responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful employee and executive communication strategies and programs that align to business mission and goals
- Understand and clearly articulate each executive's goals and objectives in relation to the business' mission, values and strategic direction in all communications
- Develop robust, strategic communication plans for both Work Dynamics and Property Management in APAC, that include digital, on-demand and multi-channel execution
- Introduce and implement new ideas and best practices to ensure channels and content stay relevant and approachable
- Work closely with executives to prepare speeches, scripts and presentations for executive-level speaking engagements, including internal and external events
- Monitor social media for topics relevant to each executive's area of expertise
- Develop thought leadership blog posts and contribute articles on behalf of executives on channels like LinkedIn
- Partner with Public Relations/external communications on executive messaging and key story placements
- Manage the organization's major intranet, collaboration sites and internal communities
- Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communications issues and change management programs
- Collaborate with global and Asia Pacific-region colleagues and counterparts to ensure aligned and consistent messaging drives desired results across geographies and partnering business lines
- As the business line's regional communications subject matter expert, take on special projects as needed to further business objectives and support key stakeholders
The Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in communications marketing and/or journalism
- University degree
- Creative problem solver and self-starter with demonstrated creativity, bias toward innovation and ability to drive change
- Background working in a global, matrixed organization preferred
- Experience managing multiple communications channels and reaching disparate audiences
- Experience in change communications and working across geographies
- Expert stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate and promote multiple priorities of senior leaders concurrently
- Executive presence and comfort interacting with senior executives; ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Ability to work confidently and effectively with all levels of employees
- Proven ability to deliver excellent results in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Specialist, HR (Talent Acquisition), you will work with the team to provide communications counsel to and media relations support to business units across the group, as well as work with business leaders to craft and execute effective programs that shape perception and enhance the reputation of the group.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing and executing local owned and earned proactive communication strategies, go-to-market campaigns, tactics, and content programs. Managing ongoing relationships with journalists and forging new ones, as well as event support and thought leadership, collaborating with stakeholders across the group and our overseas colleagues in international markets.
The successful candidate is a strong project manager with excellent writing skills, is detail-oriented and hands-on in the day-to-day, and can exercise good judgment in high-pressure situations. The candidate should have experience working with exacting standards under tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders in a corporate setting.
Specific Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Group’s earned communications program
- Manage media engagement and the announcement of business milestones
- Provide strategic communications counsel and support to the Group’s business leaders
- Manage local media engagement activities and events
- Keep the organisation current on industry trends, issues, and news by region and proactively provide related counsel and insight
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media houses both local, trade, and international
- Successfully manage dynamic, fast-moving, and unexpected communication challenges
Basic Qualifications
- Solid communications or public relations experience, quality, both agency and in-house professionals are welcome
- Very strong English writing skills
- Proven project management abilities
- Good storyteller
- Team player
Preferred Experience
- Public affairs or PR experience in corporate communications
- Experience working in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Experience establishing and managing a current network of media contacts and a desire to work with the media proactively to accomplish business goals
- Experience writing for a range of audiences and formats, including copy-writing and speechwriting
- An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
