- Work to a pre-programmed pattern of cleaning throughout the club.
- Tidy, polish and scrub the bathroom areas to create a spotless and shiny changeroom experience for members.
- Ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment (bikes, boxing bags, weights etc) and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless.
- Assist with the Cleaning and preparation of the equipment required by each member in the gear-up area (boxing gloves, cleats, etc) in line with our customer experience.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
- Report any issues or faults you find that require a technical fix.
- Closely manage all cleaning needs stock and conduct regular stock counts to ensure everything is accounted for and all items are in good state of repair/not expired.
- Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.
