Job Title: Bus Cleaner

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as a Bus Cleaner. The main duty is to clean and maintain the interior and exterior of buses to ensure they are safe, clean, and presentable for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum bus interiors
• Wipe and disinfect seats, handrails, and windows
• Remove rubbish and replace bin liners
• Clean bus exteriors (e.g., wash body, windows, wheels)
• Report any damages or maintenance issues
• Ensure cleaning is completed within scheduled time

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work independently
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Working Hours:
8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

• Carry out daily cleaning duties at houses, including vacuuming floors and polishing surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise.

• Demonstrate good service acts by greeting others, smiling and saying thank you (GST) to customers and colleagues.

• Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance be pleasant, clean and neat.

• Oversees the works execution and performance of staff. In charge of operational and manpower planning, deployment and productivity of the staff.

• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.

• Conduct daily inspections/audits to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks carried out is in compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Report accidents/incidents to the superior promptly.

• Create great service experiences for customers through providing service personalization, verbal and non-verbal communication and building connections through empathetic service, rapport and going the extra mile.

• Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety).

• Support in achieving contract KPI measurements on employee turnover rate, retention rate, employee survey NPS (net promoter score) and LTIF (lost time injury frequency).

• Adhere to the recruitment guideline when recruiting new team members.

Requirements:

• Afternoon or Night shift available.

• Basic IT knowledge is required to handle e-system, computer, smartphones.

• Experience in leading a cleaning team.
