Job Responsibilities
Ensure production processes consistently meet customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise daily production operations, monitor workflow, and ensure operational efficiency.
Identify, analyze, and resolve routine and complex production issues, implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Proactively prevent non-conformance by monitoring key performance indicators, process deviations, and safety protocols.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Review, interpret, and approve product documentation, technical drawings, datasheets, specifications, and engineering calculations.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coordination to production teams to ensure proper integration of work processes.
Apply advanced process knowledge in equipment design, sizing, selection, and process calculations to support operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering ,
Mechanical Engineering , or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in
chemical, process, or manufacturing industries , preferably in production management roles.
Proven track record in
production supervision, process optimization, and team leadership .
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
with the ability to handle complex production issues.
Excellent
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Hands-on, proactive, and capable of performing effectively under high-pressure and dynamic work environments.
Familiarity with
lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
is a plus.
Solid understanding of
quality management systems (ISO, GMP) , process safety, and regulatory compliance.
