Main duties and responsibilities:

·    Generate cheque list.

·    Processing of post-dated cheques due to bank in.

·    Tabulation of settlement clearance list – cash and cheques.

·    Preparation of e-invoices and submission of e-invoices at customers' portals. Reconciliation of discrepancies if any.

·    Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope, as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

·    Diploma / A-Level Holder

·    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

·    Basic knowledge of Accounting Software preferably Navision

·    Meticulous, excellent teamwork and positive work attitude

·    Ability to communicate and work with Operations Team

• Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
• Resolve on-the-job problems or to ask for advice from senior members of the team.
• Assist at any special ad-hoc functions, some of which may occur outside working hours.
• Work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, cashiering, or food service environment (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Basic numeracy skills and experience in handling cash, payments, or POS systems.
• Possession of a valid Food Safety Certificate will be an added advantage.

Seeking applicants keen to work as part-time/full-time cashiers/front-counter servers:

• Applicants should be flexible and eager to learn on the job, as familiarity with the POS machine's functionalities and a certain degree of menu memorization will be required

• In certain stalls, duties may also include serving food passed from the kitchen to the front counter and ringing the queue numbers to alert customers to collect their orders

• Prior relevant experience would be beneficial but is not necessary
