Team Overview:
GBM Supervisory Risk and Controls is a First Line risk management team that oversees business controls related to supervisory risks from Equities and Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (FICC) sales & trading activities. The team focuses on control design, implementation, and enhancements to mitigate risks in the GBM division.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design controls for new regulatory requirements and support tools supporting supervision frameworks.
- Lead systematic control design and workflow implementation with Engineering.
- Develop expertise on business controls and support issue investigation and resolution.
- Build relationships across Sales/Trading, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Operations globally.
- Define and document control requirements and logic.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to streamline controls and workflows.
- Analyze data to identify improvements in control effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional groups to discuss supervisory and control solutions.
- Train staff on control tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years relevant experience, with knowledge of supervisory frameworks or regulatory implementation.
- Understanding of risk & controls in Trading & Sales.
- Knowledge of securities markets, derivatives, and trading functions.
- Experience with regulatory trading obligations.
- Stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
- Experience in process redesign and strategic execution.
- Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.

- Supports pre-registration activities including referral/authorization, insurance and demographics verification, patient financial liability estimation and financial counseling on behalf of both hospital and physician practice internal clients.

- The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to GMP standards. This role involves supervising a small team of 2 warehouse assistants, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while upholding safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Oversee the cleanliness of level 2, 4, and 5 warehouses, ensuring proper housekeeping standards.
Inventory Control & Documentation:
- Conduct Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Organize and allocate stocks and materials in the correct storage areas
- Generate and paste QC-approved labels on all approved materials.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists for outgoing products, ensuring proper packaging standards are followed to avoid damage during transit.

- Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.
Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and warehouse safety protocols.
