As an Analytics Manager, you will lead end-to-end analytics projects, from initial consultation and data acquisition to delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients in the digital media landscape. Leveraging your proficiency in SQL and Python, along with your strong statistical understanding, you'll optimize existing analytical processes, implement improvements, and develop measurement learning agendas in collaboration with internal teams and clients. A key responsibility will be translating complex data findings into clear, impactful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting these directly to clients, and designing/executing tests to address key business questions. By improving efficiency, delivering high-quality, timely results, and applying advanced analytics techniques, you'll enable clients to address key business challenges and achieve measurable improvements in their digital media performance. You'll also contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the global analytics function, strengthening the team's expertise and contributing to a fun and engaging work environment.
What You Will Do- Lead assigned analytics projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder consultation, data acquisition, and execution of analytical tasks
- Implement and optimize existing data analysis processes to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Identify process inefficiencies and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop comprehensive measurement learning agendas in collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Design and execute tests and experiments to address key business questions
- Apply robust statistical methodologies to ensure validity and reliability of analytical findings
- Synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Present analysis results and recommendations directly to clients
- Collaborate with the direct manager to identify high-impact projects addressing client pain points
- Integrate effectively with global analytics teams, including participation in international calls as needed
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the analytics function
- Leverage existing code base and analytical frameworks while identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis; digital media experience highly valued

We need highly motivated Data Analytics Engineers to design and build powerful data science and analytics tools required to conduct data mining and facilitate data-driven decision making.

What You Will Be Working On
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain analytics solutions that allow internal business teams to make data-driven decisions
- Evaluate, adopt, integrate, and build on open-source and commercial analytics tools
- Work closely with end users, data scientists, data engineers, and project managers in the planning, development, and delivery of solutions
- Evaluate, maintain, and optimize code for accuracy, performance, maintainability, and scale of data queries, machine learning models, and data visualizations
- Recommend and evaluate technologies to introduce new analytics capabilities
What We Are Looking For

- Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, and meticulous. Able to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to keep the overarching objectives of the project in mind while pursuing the technical details.
- Competent in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, SAS, R, Scala). Interest and ability to gain expertise in other programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Familiarity with one or more database querying languages (e.g., SQL, Pig, Hive, SparkQL).
- Knowledge and experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
- Machine learning (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing)
- Data analytics (e.g., descriptive statistics, modeling)
- Big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase, Elasticsearch)
- Web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails)
- Data visualisation (e.g., UX/UI design, PowerBI, D3, Tableau)
- System administration (e.g., OS, networking, databases)
- Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
