As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our data team, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Your primary goal will be to derive actionable insights from extensive datasets, influencing strategic decisions, improving user experience, and driving product growth. What you need to be successful for this role:

  • BS in a Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong SQL skills. You will need to write custom queries to pull data to support your assumption and hypothesis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Preference for Tableau).
  • Experience with scripting and data analysis using Python.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment.
  • Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in the investment, financial sector or web3/cryptocurrency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and GCP would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience working with clickstream data, especially Firebase / Google analytics data would be preferred.
  • Additionally, experience working with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel or Clevertap is greatly appreciated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product effectiveness

About our future employee
  • Minimum of five years' experience leading analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence projects, with a proven ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
  • Strong foundation in decision support, business analysis, forecasting, market research, or controlling, paired with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the Human Pharma business, with the ability to connect data to business impact. Experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled in project management and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on building trust and alignment across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex data, influence decisions, and foster shared understanding.
  • Highly organized, structured, and proactive, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as IQVIA, Veeva, Excel, and market research methodologies is an advantage.
  • Curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and driving excellence through insights.
