Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely preparation of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting and/or taxation reports, including new regulatory related.
- Inputting journal entry into accounting system.
- Processing account payables and account receivables functions including liaise with vendors, reconcile account balances with general ledger and correct variances.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliation and follow up on all outstanding items.
- Conducting periodic account closing operation.
- Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / ACCA/ CPA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA.
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience in a medium-size accounting firm preferred for Senior Associates position.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be meticulous and careful in his/her work.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Accounts Executive
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions.
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing.
- Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients.
- Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices.
- Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting.
- Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing / Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience for Associates and 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting related environments.
- For Senior Associate roles and above, experience supervising staff/team is required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board.
- good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks on-line, XERO and/or JustLogin.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin.

- Work closely with internal Customer Services team on billing, collection of payment, and other accounting issues.
- Manage customer credit control process and follow up closely with customers to ensure prompt collection.
- Review and analyze data from sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with uploading specifications for third-party portals.
- Immediately investigate and communicate with the data receiver when dealing with system prompted messages like missing fields or rejection with reason codes.
- Monitor the payment collection and keep track of the successful rates verses total submission.
- Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts to customers. Follow up and resolving SOA issue if any.

- Achieving accounting files.
- Assist the finance department in month-end closing activities.
- Assist in Company Year-end audit process and Annual Stock count.
