Job Description:

• Develop and commission Siemens PLC applications, including S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500 using TIA Portal and Step 7 (Classic).
• Design, configure, and implement CITECT SCADA (AVEVA Plant SCADA), including graphics, alarms, and diagnostics.
• Carry out system testing (FAT/SAT) and on-site commissioning activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Software Design Specifications (SDS), Method Statements & Risk Assessments (MSRA), and as-built drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during the development and commissioning phases.
• Implement software changes under formal change control procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial automation projects (preferably with a system integrator background).
• Practical experience with:
  
  Siemens S7-300/400 PLCs (Simatic Manager / Step 7 Classic)
  
  Siemens S7-1500 PLCs (TIA Portal)
  
  CITECT SCADA v2016 (or similar versions)
  
  Profibus and Profinet network setup and troubleshooting
  
  Control system design, testing, and commissioning
• Experience with S7-GRAPH sequential programming.
• Familiarity with EPLAN Electrical or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Background in GMP-regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals or chemicals).
• Exposure to other SCADA platforms such as Wonderware InTouch, Siemens WinCC, or Rockwell FactoryTalk View.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required for project deployment.
